The purpose of the Austrian Ju Jitsu
Federation (OEJJB) is the promotion of ju jitsu - regardless of the transcription
system, style of writing or reading (jiu jitsu, ju jitsu, ju jutsu, jiu-jitsu,
ju-jitsu, ju-jutsu, jiujitsu, jujitsu, jujutsu, yawara etc.) - and related
martial arts as (combat-) sport, development of the personality in the
sense of the japanese term budo, and as a method of self-defense.
